We should eat healthy foods to be healthy. Some of the healthiest foods are green vegetables like spinach, leafs, okra. Fruits like pineapple, watermelons and banana are also healthy. We should try to avoid unhealthy food. Unhealthy foods are chocolate, sandwich, chips and ice-cream. They are tasty indeed, but they aren’t very healthy. We should not intake too much of them.
