There are generally five parts in a letter: date, greeting, body, closing and name.

∙ Write the date of the letter at the upper right corner. Separate the month and the year with a comma

∙ Write the Greeting at the upper left corner after the date. Then put a comma

∙ After that write the body

∙ Then write the closing at the end of the letter and put a comma.

∙ Finally, write the name of the writer
