One day a dog was walking through the road. Suddenly he found a bone. He picked it up, and went to a lonely corner. There he sat and chewed the bone for some time. Thereafter the tired dog fell asleep. When he woke up, he felt thirsty. So he picked up the bone in his mouth and walked towards the river.

At the river side near a bridge he started to drink water. Then he saw his own reflection in the water. The stupid dog saw his reflection but he thought that there was another dog with a bone. He wanted to have that bone too. So he opened his mouth to snatch the bone. At once the bone slipped off his mouth and fell into the river.
