1. How does exercise work on our memory?

Answer Exercise boosts our memory directly by stimulating physiological changes such as reductions in insulin resistance and inflammation, along with encouraging production of growth factors — chemicals that affect the growth of new blood vessels in the brain, and even the abundance, survival, and overall health of new brain cells. Exercise can also boost memory by improving mood and sleep, and by reducing stress and anxiety.

2. What other benefits can you think of from exercise?

Answer The benefits of exercise include weight control, reduction of the risk of heart disease, managing blood sugar and insulin level, improving mental health and mood, sharpens thinking learning and judgment skills, strengthen bones and muscles, improves sleep etc.

3. What is the most important benefit of exercise to you and why?

Answer To me the most important benefit of exercise is staying fit. If a person is fit, he/she can avoid falling sick frequently, have a strong body and develop healthy brain cells.

4. Name some of the exercises that you do.

Answer I do yoga, swimming, jogging and some instrumental exercises.
