If you don't have any such relic, surf the Internet for a relic in Bangladesh that you find interesting and write about it with the help of the above questions.
No, I do not have any such relic in the area of Dhaka where I live. However, I find Panam Nagar (Panam City) to be one of the most important and interesting historical place to visit. It is at Sonargaon in Narayanganj, Dhaka. Panam Nagar is an ancient city which is related to the history of the reign of Baro-bhuiyans in Bengal. Initially, the people of the rich Hindu community who were mainly Muslin businessmen once lived here. There is nothing left in the ancient city rather than just a few of the historic old houses. Nevertheless, Panam Nagar was the capital of Bengal in the year of Isa Khan. Panam among the three cities of the old Sonargaon was the most interesting. There are several hundred old buildings, which are related to the history of Bengal’s Baroans. There are 52 establishments in the colonial period at the two sides of Panama City wherein the architecture of the structures, a mix of Mughal artistry is seen with European art. Panam City has been built with perfect design as almost every house has a well-appointed landscape with wells. For the city’s water supply, there are sufficient canals and ponds found. Again, there are places of worship, bath room, pantry, darbar hall etc. These beautiful structural monuments of the city are the main attraction of this place. The city leads us to the history of our ancestors. It holds the memories of the life-style that they used to have. This is why I have a fascination for this place of historical interest. At present, there is a folk art museum too and many other facilities are included in the spot for tourism. The place is under good monitoring and so still attracting many people for visit.
