A. Read the following text on an old people’s home.
An old people’s home is a place where only old people live and are taken care of. These people come from different areas. Some of them are retired persons and don’t have anybody to look after them. Some of them are couples without any children. Some of them come here because all their children are abroad or don’t have enough time to look after them. Most old people feel comfortable at this place of their ages. They can share their happiness and sorrows with them. Sometimes their relatives come to visit them. Many of them miss their children and other relatives there. That is why different programs are organized to entertain them. Sometimes they have parties on different occasions. If any of them is sick there are trained nurses and attendants to take care of them.
B. Ms. Ayesha has just finished her diploma in nursing. Now she is planning her career, and wants some advice from another nurse, Mrs. Rabeya, who works in an old people’s home. Following is a conversation between the two.
