My name is Hamid Kaisar, and I am a at a healthcare centre. One of my elderly patients, Mr. Rafiq Chowdhury, could neither nor write due to complications from a stroke. When I first met Mr. Rafiq, he was always and depressed as he was unable to express himself. To make communication possible for him, I created a homemade communication by writing the alphabet and numbers from 1 to 10 on a poster board.
