A3. In the above conversations, a common punctuation mark has been used. What is that mark? Why has it been used?
The common punctual mark that is used here is ‘!’. It is called the exclamation mark. An exclamation mark is used after expressions of happiness, sadness, surprise, wonder, excitement, frustration etc.
A4. Identify the good news and the bad news among the following situations. Write GN for good news and BN for bad news beside them.
