B. Read the following poem carefully about how Dr. Ahmed treats his patients with different health problems.
Doctor Ahmed called his first patient, Kayes
Who entered scratching his hands, legs and face.
Red rashes all over the Doctor found.
“Skin allergy”, he announced.
Prescribed a cream that is antiallergic.
“Apply it on the rashes and see the magic!”
Rini, the next patient, had mouth ulcer.
“All you need is vitamin C and a little care.
“Avoid foods that are hot and hard.
Get a soft toothbrush.” Then he called the third.
The next patient could not talk; his throat was sore.
“Gurgle with warm water; need nothing more.”
Severe stomach ache had the next one.
“Antacid you have to take; it’s just indigestion.”
With fever and flu the next one came
Slowly to the chamber; Shama was her name.
“Don’t worry”, said he, “a lot of rest you must take,
And water and paracetamol if you have headache.”
Next he had little Jim stung by a bee,
For him he wrote an antiseptic cream only.

C. Salman visited the dentist last week because of a bad toothache. R ead the conversation between Salman and the dentist.
Dentist: Hello, Salman. How are you doing?
Salman: Not good, doctor! I’m having a bad toothache.
Dentist: Hmmm..Let me check...
Salman: Is it something bad?
Dentist: Well, nothing unusual for a sweet tooth like you! You’ve got another set of cavities.
Salman: Ouch. But, I’ve been taking good care of my teeth.
Dentist: The gaps you have between your teeth make you prone to frequent cavities. This is the reason I keep on asking you to visit the dentist once every 6 months to maintain your oral hygiene.
Salman: Yes, I know you’re right. Are the cavities really bad?
Dentist: Not that bad. We’ll fix them up with composite filling.
