Activities
B. Read the dialogue between A and B silently. Underline the words that express liking/disliking. Then act out the dialogue in pairs.
A: Hello. How are you?
B: I’m fine. I’ve just completed a course on painting. What about you? What do you like to do?
A: I don’t like painting, but I like photography. Last week I went to the Shilpokola Academy to see an exhibition on photography. Have you ever been to an exhibition on photography?
B: Oh! I’ve never been. I’d love to go with you. Please, take me with you next time.
A: Certainly. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the different beauty with the exotic hues and colours.
B: It must be very enchanting.
A: It certainly is!
B: Ok, we’ll go together. Thank you.
A. Play this game in pairs. Take turns asking and answering questions. Ask and answer as many questions as you can in five minutes to find similarities in your and your partner’s likes.
